No vessel licensed to "ply in port" is allowed to leave
the waters of the Colony without first obtaining a "Special Clear-
-ance" from the Harbour Master, the fee for which is $1.00
If the vessel for which this junk Certificate of Registry
is issued is trading within the Saters of the #IX Cology under a
shaved Lighter or a Cargo beat Licence and shall such a vessel require to
leave the waters of the Colony, this Certificate of Registry is to
be handed to the Harbour Master with application for the "Special
Clearance".
18.
If the Junk for which this Junk Certificate of Registry
is issued is withdrawn from trade either for braking up or for any
other purpose than that stipulated by licence on page of this
certificate then this Junk certifiate of Registry is to be retuned
to the Harbour Master's Office or, if in Chinese Waters, *sxhux
to the nearest Imperial Maritime Custees Office or Station.
19.
If the vessel for which this Junk Certificate of Registry
is issued fails to report to the nearest Imperial Chinese Maritime
Customs Station when passing in or out of Colonial Waters, her
Agents, Omer and or Master shall be hold responsible for any infringement and shall be liable to such penalty as may be decided
by the Harbour Master and the Commissioner of customa.
